2. User Eligibility
Use of the asianwin platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 21 years and above at the time of registration and throughout continued use
- An individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of a third party
- Not included on any active gambling prohibition list or self-exclusion list
- Not registering from a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited under local law
- Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- Update your personal information if any changes occur
asianwin reserves the right to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being put on hold.
You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the asianwin support team immediately.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
asianwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
Deposit conditions:
- The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen
- Funds deposited must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the registered user
- asianwin reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources or linked to illegal activity
- Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user

5. Withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Calculation examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
- Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000
General bonus conditions:
- Each promotion has a validity period that must be observed
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user
- asianwin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud
- Any attempt to exploit gaps in the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension
Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be fully met before a balance can be withdrawn.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
asianwin users are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using robot software, automation, or unauthorised third-party tools to play or manipulate game results
- Sharing an account with other individuals or selling account access to any party
- Launching attacks against the platform's technical infrastructure
- Uploading or sending content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial criminal activities
- Deliberately exploiting technical bugs or system errors — users are required to report such situations immediately
- Making false claims or misrepresentations to the asianwin support team
asianwin reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension and balance freezing, if any of the above prohibitions are violated.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
asianwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account in the following situations:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities
- Failure to submit verification documents within the stipulated period
- Account closure request by the user for self-exclusion purposes
- Regulatory decisions or legal requirements that necessitate such action
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, asianwin reserves the right to withhold bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements. Valid cash balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, unless they are directly involved in confirmed fraudulent activity.
